Mammina Restaurant’s story began on March 11, 2010, in memory of our dear grandmother, Pasqualina Oliverio, whom everyone called Mammina. Guided by her love for the family and the traditions of Italian cuisine, 'Mammina' has passed on her experience. She was born on March 11, 1920 in San Giovanni in Fiore, a small village in the heart of the Calabria region. The typical dishes of her cuisine reflected her love and affection.
